State Performance Plan (SPP) Indicator
#14 assesses the outcomes of students with disabilities one
year after exiting their secondary placement. You will use the post
high website to complete all of the requirements of Indicator
#14. All data collected will be via the Wisconsin Post High
School Outcomes website. All Survey Instruments
and Survey Directions are provided
on this website.
Students who exited your district during the previous
school year through graduation, earning a certificate of
attendance, reaching maximum age of eligibility or by dropping-out
will be contacted by St. Norbert College Survey Center for a telephone
interview approximately one year after the student exited your school
district. Former student responses will be used to report your district's
outcomes results and fulfill the data collection requirements of
Indicator #14.
